   This letter is to acknowledge the outstanding access control and security systems support that your staff provides to DTRA. The electronic security systems technicians have done an exceptional job in maintaining, installing, and troubleshooting the security systems.    Faye Fields, President & CEO
She has 30 years of corporate organization development and management experience with 25 years experience managing Federal Government contracts from start-up to completion for military and civilian organizations. She formed IRT in 1986. She holds a BS and MS from the University of Cincinnati, and completed all of the course work for a PhD in Business Administration at the University of Cincinnati.

   William I. Fields, Chief Operating Officer
He has 30 plus years of executive management experience in large and small for profit and non-profit organizations. Accomplished in organization/project start-up, management, strategic planning, and turn around, he holds an AB from Kentucky State College, a MS from University of Louisville, and completed additional training at the Harvard University Graduate School, Business Executive Program.

   Erik Thomas, Accounting Manager
Erik is a seasoned accountant who has more than 15 years of experience working in various accounting positions with increasing levels of responsibility. He has particular expertise in accounting for government contractors that he acquired by performing  a full range of accounting functions for several corporations over the past 9 years. Erik brings to IRT a track record of exceptional performance, a proven history of integrity, and an indisputable  work ethic. As a member of the Management Team, Erik partners with our clients to ensure that IRT always offers innovative solutions… excellent results. Erik holds a BA degree in Finance from Marshall University. In addition to his responsibilities as the Accounting Manager, he lends his skills and knowledge as a former professional football player in supporting local youth development activities.
